Hi, I am Victoria, the founder of Frank's Friends. I have always been drawn to roles that bring kindness, connection and a sense of ease into people's lives. For more than a decade I have worked as a nanny and household manager, helping families with everything from childcare to cooking, home organisation and even overseeing renovation projects. Before that I owned my own café and restaurant, so taking care of people is simply part of who I am.
I also have a deep love of the performing arts. I trained in acting and singing and performed in many theatre productions over the years, and that creativity helps me bring a spark of joy, empathy and warmth to everything I do.
Frank's Friends was inspired by my father, Frank, who lived with Alzheimer's. Through that experience I saw how powerful it is to have a trusted companion, someone who can step in, listen and offer support in the everyday moments. It taught me how much reassurance a caring presence can bring to both older adults and their families.
This is at the heart of Frank's Friends: gentle, friendly support that helps people feel understood, included and safe.
At Frank's Friends I offer a range of services designed to bring comfort, connection and ease to everyday life. This includes friendly companionship for older adults, running errands, preparing meals that suit their tastes, light housekeeping, home organisation and help with hobbies or outings. I aim to take care of the little details so families can enjoy more meaningful time together.
Whether it is a warm conversation, a home-cooked meal, a gentle walk or simply being a reliable presence in the home, my goal is always the same: to make life feel a little lighter for your loved one and a little easier for you.
If you are looking for someone who can bring a personal touch and a caring heart to your loved one's day, I would love to chat and see how I can help.
"Victoria has been an absolute blessing for our mother. She doesn't just provide care—she brings joy, laughter, and genuine friendship. Mum looks forward to every visit, and we have complete peace of mind knowing she's in such caring hands."
